EXECUTIVE BIOS
Wing Yu, CEO
Mr. Yu co-founded several businesses which were acquired by Cosmoz Infrastructure Solutions, a technology holding company, and served as Cosmoz � Chief Operating Officer. His experience includes the development and management of leading online investment communities. Previously, he was an educator, technology grant coordinator, and a software developer.
Jay Caplan, VP of Business Development
Mr. Caplan has over 8 years of experience in the financial services industry. He had previously managed the Institutional Client Service division of Quote.com. He was responsible for the development and client service for over 100 clients, including: Charles Schwab, E*Trade, TD Waterhouse, Fidelity, Arthur Andersen, Vanguard, and Bank of America. In addition, Mr. Caplan has extensive experience with web site design, strategy, content management, project management, and client service. He had previously held institutional client service and marketing positions at Mellon Capital Management and Prudential Securities.
Gregg Fidan, VP of Product Development
Mr. Fidan previously co-founded BuckInvestor, a leading online investment resource guide for young investors. He has worked extensively with companies in the areas of web development and usability and has been featured in several leading financial magazines including Money Magazine, Bloomberg, and Online Investor. He served as the VP of Product Development for Cosmoz arranging and integrating 3rd party data feeds to support the company's portal website
Mark Dierolf, VP of Technology
Mr. Dierolf has over a decade of technology experience including extensive database and web development management. He is an expert in the areas of programming, systems and database administration, and holds extensive knowledge of back end processes and fault tolerant systems.
Dave Neville, General Counsel
Mr. Neville has been practicing law for 10 years. Prior to joining
BuyStocks7264, Mr. Neville practiced law as a sole practitioner
specializing in bankruptcy and business law in San Francisco. Mr. Neville is
admitted to the California Bar, as well as the Bars of the U.S. District
Court for Northern California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th
Circuit, and the U.S. Tax Court. He received his law degree at University
of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation at the
University of San Diego.
